This is an exciting coach led and parent involved class. This class is designed for your child to explore new surroundings while developing gross motor and social skills. You and your child will work together to develop concepts of taking turns and following directions, through progressions to basic gymnastic skills on preschool sized equipment. Your child will be encouraged to learn, and develop independence and confidence in a safe, fun, and positive environment.

Our pre-school classes continue to facilitate gross motor skills and fundamental skills including, taking turns, sharing, and following directions. Your child will participate in fun, challenging, and safe activities to develop strength, coordination, body control, and confidence through progressions of basic gymnastics skills on pre-school sized equipment.

Advanced Pre-School | 4 - 5 years

This is an invite only class that continues to encourage gross motor and emphasizing fundamental skills. While continuing to develop strength, body control, and coordination. This fun and challenging class encourages confidence and discipline on preschool sized equipment in a safe, fun, and positive environment.
