In this exciting class your child will focus on the fundamentals on gymnastics. Students will develop a solid understanding of skills, and basic movements. Students will be encouraged to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, body control while also developing positive self esteem and confidence in a safe, positive, and fun environment.
This is an invite only class and an evaluation is required for enrollment. Your student will perfect gymnastics skills, while learning new ones. Students will be encouraged to continue to develop confidence, positive self esteem, and discipline, while continuing to challenge themselves in a safe, fun, and positive environment.
